Application Closing Dates

The Canterbury Community Trust wishes to advise the following closing dates for community organisation donation applications.

All closing dates apply to Canterbury, Nelson, Marlborough (including Kaikoura) and the Chatham Islands.

COMMUNITY SERVICES & FACILITIES	20 September
HOSPITAL & MEDICAL	20 November
RECREATION & LEISURE	20 November
SPORT	20 December
ECONOMIC & EMPLOYMENT	20 December
ENVIRONMENTAL	20 December

Application forms are available at any Westpac Branch OR you can click on the appropriate "Application form" below

If you wish to use our "on line" form, please ensure you read the instructions carefully before completion.
Forms must be printed out, completed and returned to :
